In case
of Cancellation:
We must be informed of your cancellation in
written form either by email or fax. If we are not
informed of your cancellation according to the
terms and conditions found on your
confirmation voucher the client is obliged to pay
a penalty charge equivalent to a one
night's charge. By reserving with Boutique Hotel
Reservations, the guest hereby authorizes Boutique
Hotel Reservations to charge this one night
penalty from his/her credit card
under the conditions described above.
In the case of a No show (cancellation without
advisement to us in written form):
If we are not informed of your cancellation in
written form either by email or fax to Boutique
Hotel Reservations and you do not arrive to the
hotel, the client is obliged to pay a penalty
charge equivalent to a one night's charge. By
reserving with Boutique Hotel Reservations, the
guest hereby authorizes Boutique Hotel
Reservations to charge this one night penalty from
his/her credit card under the conditions described
above.
