Cancellations or changes made before 0:00 of the 1 th day from
the check in date will be not subjected to any penalty.
Cancellation or changes made after 00:00 of the 1 th day from
the check in
date will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty
Cancellations or changes made the same check in date
will be subjected to a 1 Night Stay penalty
If the guest doesn't come to the hotel on the check in date, it
will be considered a
No-Show and his credit card will be charged for a 1 Night Stay
penalty
If the guest arrives to the hotel the next day or later than the
check in date, his/her reservation will not be considered valid;
the hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation.
For cancellation and change purposes, we consider the italian
time as reference (Greenwich + 1).
In case of multiple room booking, penalties apply to each room
that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be given for late check in or early check out.
Cancellations or changes must be made directly by the guest to
Boutique Hotel Reservations.
Cancellations can be made directly by the guest:
online, click the "CANCEL RESERVATION" link on http://www.bhrhotels.com
and following the instructions (your GK number and email are necessary);
by fax at the fax number: +39 06 66150744.
Additional
notes:
We must be informed of your cancellation in written form either
by email or fax. If we are not informed of your cancellation according
to the terms and conditions found on your confirmation voucher
the client is obliged to pay a penalty charge equivalent to a
one night's charge.
By
reserving with Boutique Hotel Reservations, the guest hereby authorizes
Boutique Hotel Reservations to charge this one night penalty from
his/her credit card under the conditions described above. 24 hours
before the arrival.
