Cancellations or changes made before 0:00 of the the day from the
check in date will be not subjected to any penalty.
Cancellation or changes made after 00:00 of the the day from the
check in
date will be subjected to a penalty.
Cancellations or changes made the same check in date
will be subjected to a penalty.
If the guest doesn't come to the hotel on the check in date, it
will be considered a
No-Show and his credit card will be charged for a penalty
If the guest arrives to the hotel the next day or later than the
check in date, his/her reservation will not be considered valid;
the hotel will be free to decide for his/her reservation.
For cancellation and change purposes, we consider the italian
time as reference (Greenwich + 1).
In case of multiple room booking, penalties apply to each room
that is cancelled or changed.
No refunds will be given for late check in or early check out.
Cancellations or changes must be made directly by the guest to
Boutique Hotel Reservations.
Cancellations can be made directly by the guest:

and following the instructions (your GK number and email are necessary);
