The elegance in furnishing, the total quality service, have been studied with the italian "style" under the best traditional of hospitality. Each unit has: telephone, sat tv, VHS videorecorder, hi fi rach, microwave, dishwasher. We also have a parking area with cover places available. You will find our Club house a very nice bar where you can have every morning a good Continental breakfast and a roof garden solarium where you can enjoy the sunny days at Rome.

Aurelia Residence San Pietro is in the centre of Rome, in the heart of the Eternal City, only 200 mt from Vatican City (Holy City)...

- Terms & Conditions -

 

- Aurelia Residence San Pietro, offers completely restored elegant apartments to its guests. Each apartment includes a terrace and yard area with air condition in each main bedroom and ventilation throughout the rest of the apartment. In addition, each offers either a kitchen or a small kitchen corner.

- Buffet breakfast is available for you each morning. In addition maid service is provided 2 times per week and towels and linen is provided each day excluding Sundays.

- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights except for the New Year Season we require a minimum 5 night-stay.

- Upon your arrival a security deposit of 155,00 Euros is due. Generally this is credit is taken from your credit card when you arrive and then reimbursed at the end of your stay at check-out.

- The reception desk is open from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday thru Saturday. On Sundays and holidays the hours are 8:30 AM 13:30 PM. If you plan to arrive at a time when the reception desk is closed, please contact us well ahead in advance.

- Prices vary according to the number of guests and type of apartment reserved.

- Up to two children under three years-old stay for free and we are glad to provide up to two cribs.
 

Cancellation Policy:
If we receive your cancellation 16 days before your scheduled arrival date there will be no penalty charge applied. However, if the cancellation arrives 15 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date we must charge you 30% of your total bill for a penalty charge.
 

No Show:
If your cancellation is not advised to Boutique Hotel Reservations at all, resulting in a no-show, we must charge your credit card a penalty of 30 % of your total bill.
